Pulled pork overnighter tonight


 
That tray of pulled pork must have made the party guests really happy, Nate. Your effort was well worth it.
 
Thanks, it was all a lot of work. One other good thing that came out of the is that I have first dibs on getting that performer. So, the house the party was at, is the mom of my wife's best friend from grade school. I forgot that she had it. I actually used that grill 5 years ago for another party. Anyways, she said she didn't use it and was thinking about getting rid of it. I said I'd take it off here hands.

Here's a funny comment/question someone asked me. "Is this kalua pork? I tastes really good. It tastes smokey. Is there liquid smoke in it???" Is that liquid smoke...huh. I said no, that's real smoke. I do have to agree that the flavor and texture was a lot like kalua pork. After all we were using Hawiian King rolls and had Hawaiian style Mac salad.
