and Baked Beans my way.
I had a small pork butt defrosted (4.5 lbs), rubbed with Kevin's ButtRub. I like the ginger and allspice addition Kevin. Had a few things to do first thing in the morning, so didn't get the butt on until 10 AM. A bit of Jersey rain going on, but I can work with that -- smoked under the roof overhang.

Around 4 PM, hit 165F, so I glazed with some homemade sauce mixed with pomegranate molasses, splash of cider vinegar, a little more salt, honey, apple butter (very thick, spreadable apple sauce for those that don't know), a pinch of the rub and a couple knobs of butter whisked in. I love corn tortillas, so that's the way we did it, along with kale, mango salsa and baked black beans.
Come over and have a plate!
