Well, I finally found some pork steaks, right there on the top shelf. 'prolly been there all along (just open your eyes). One the left dusted w/ Szeged (the Hungarian smoked paprika folks) steak rub and the steak on the right w/ Bone Dust. I picked up a tin of the Szeged last Friday, first meal using it.

I'm still frustrated with when my camera flashes and when it doesn't & how I can't figure how to control which one happens, when. Make sense?
"Stuffed" a Delicata squash, oiled and S & P

Squash wrapped in foil, steaks on after the chips start smokin-n-n-n.

The grill was running low, but I didn't cook as slow as others have. Looks like I'm slathering my sauce, too. Prepping my griddle for...

toasting the seeds

and all served up

the cookbook (I bought at an Estate sale the day before), from which I got the sauce recipe from. This baby's chocka full of Bar-B-Que love. I already have a handful of new ideas from this treasure. Anyone else have a copy & waddaya think?

Definitely planing on pork steaks again, they turned out great. Thanks for lookin'!
