Imagine how surprised I was to get this pic from my nephew in Maine today! I had no idea that he was interested in barbecue! I asked him what was for dinner,and I got this, a butt marinated in brown sugar and mustard. He said it went on at noon,and was only at 135* at about 4. I talked him through the process as much as I could( had a real B**** of a day),but this made my day much better! Next job,talking him out of the ECB offset and into a WSM!
