We don't usually splurge too much but all three kids brought home stellar report cards so I did a prime rib. I got the recipe from Weber's New Real Grilling.
Here's the roast with poupon mustard, shallots, garlic and thyme.
The grill prepared for high heat medium length cook
Turned the roast after an hour
Kept the heat between 310 and 350. No smoke applied
Pulled the roast at 126 and let rest for 15 minutes under foil
Sliced up the roast
Threw on a little garlic bread
Plated with a baked potato, salad, au jus and a little horseradish.
The roast was really tender and tasted great. Thanks for looking! Have a great night ,
