Tonight I reverse seared a Snake River Farms cowboy ribeye. It was soo good. Smoked on kettle til 125 and then seared 1.5 mins on each side. I dry brined for about 7 hrs and then seasoned with just black pepper and garlic.
Leftovers being added to eggs right now!Steak and eggs sounds good right now!
