Prime Cowboy Ribeye

Tonight I reverse seared a Snake River Farms cowboy ribeye. It was soo good. Smoked on kettle til 125 and then seared 1.5 mins on each side. I dry brined for about 7 hrs and then seasoned with just black pepper and garlic.

Wow, Andy! Looks awesome! I've got so splurge on one of those one of these days. Looks like some nice roasted broccoli and cauliflower too. Those have been my new favorite veggies of late.
