TVWBB member Mache turned me on to Prather Ranch ground beef from the Campbell Farmer's Market. It's exponsive but very good quality meat and a nice treat.
Made 6 sliders from 1 pound of ground beef, so about 2.75 ounces per patty. Seasoned with kosher salt and grilled just a few minutes each side on the Weber Summit 450. Toasted the little slider buns, melted some American cheese (sorry, I like the meltiness of it) and we were good to go! Casual Tuesday night dinner!
