Skins weren't bad, the twice cooked taters were excellent. For reasons only explainable by the 9ers defense, I decided to braise my CSR's. Not my best move, smoking them to 200 and and coating them with BBQ at 195 is the better choice. Not bad, not great. Next time I do skins, I will put them under the broiler.
