You need to upload your pics to a third party media holder like : Imageshack,picasa,photobucket and so on. Once uploaded there is always a pic adress that works with forums. This link just needs to be pasten in your post to make the pic appear. But i guess the different media holders call that link different,but i know with imageshack its called "forum Code" , And "IMG Code" on photobucket. Or you can right-click on any picture on the web and copy the picture adress and use the built in picture button and paste the adress in the feild.
