We got this Pork strips but I think they are country style ribs. First time I cook this....
Seasoned with webers beer can chicken.

Smoked with a chunk of plum wood and a chunk of orange wood.

Smoked for 1 hour and then in foil for 45 min.

Grilled some asparagus and marinaded them in Dales sauce for 10 min.

It's only 9:13 pm and watching the dodger game but Maribel has to work tomorrow..:(
