Pork Steaks!

Today I cooked up some pork steaks on the 22.5" kettle with some apple wood for smoke. Pork was seasoned with my favorite rib rub (majic dust) and then cooked indirect at approx. 275 degrees.

Pork steaks actually could have cooked a little longer - weren't as tender as I prefer 'em but still good. The beans and toast were really good!

Thanks for looking!!

What they said!!! A great looking cook, Russell. Pork steaks are still at the top of my to-do list. I hope mine look half that good!
