Today I cooked up some pork steaks on the 22.5" kettle with some apple wood for smoke. Pork was seasoned with my favorite rib rub (majic dust) and then cooked indirect at approx. 275 degrees.
Beans in the basement (Bush's Grillin' Beans "Texas Ranchero")
Cooked about 2 hours indirect and then seared over the coals
Sweet Baby Ray's applied
Plated with some good ole Texas toast
Pork steaks actually could have cooked a little longer - weren't as tender as I prefer 'em but still good. The beans and toast were really good!
Thanks for looking!!
