Pork Steaks

My wife came home from the store with some pork steaks yesterday. Decided they should get some time in my mini smoker.

Seasoned.

On to the mini. Used a mix of Kingsford blue and some lump with a couple chunks of apple wood.

After the flip.

Ready for a quick sear.

Quick sear without a heat sink.

And plated with some garlic baby roaster potatoes and mixed veggies.

Turned out pretty good. Hope to get some thicker ones next time.
