Pork Steaks to Celebrate the 250th Birthday of St Louis

Rich, I just bought a 4 pack of pork steaks (value pack for $1.89/lb with the card) at our local Safeway here in Payson, so there must be a store or market somewhere near you that carries them. Keep looking - if all else fails, Payson is just a 2 hour drive from you!

Bob, that was some delicious pork steaks you fixed, electricity or not. Can't repeat what I say when the electricity goes out.:o
