Pork Steak


 
I have two ready to be cooked on Smoke day, but man I have been tempted to pull the out early. They are not from the blade bone area, but rather from the coppa area. I am thinking of get two more locally to have some of each.
After seeing your cook if smoke day wasn't as close as it is I may have broke today!

I know those two Conecuh half links when I see them. Had some for breakfast yesterday. The best sausage one can buy IMO.
