Headed for the cabin for three nights this weekend. Found these at my store and immediately knew it was going to be a great weekend!
Did a 24+ hour marinade on them to get them as tender as possible. Then a rubPrepped the kettle, fire and drinks!Did these direct with some peach wood over Cowboy briquettes Added some asparagus and some potatoes and a bottle of red from SpainThe leftovers made some great tacos Cheers!
