Headed for the cabin for three nights this weekend. Found these at my store and immediately knew it was going to be a great weekend!
Did a 24+ hour marinade on them to get them as tender as possible. Then a rub
Prepped the kettle, fire
and drinks!
Did these direct with some peach wood over Cowboy briquettes 
Added some asparagus and some potatoes and a bottle of red
from Spain
The leftovers made some great tacos
