pork schnitzel

Got a few Pork Chops that i deboned and banked out. Salt and Pepper both sides,And turned them in melted butter then coated with Panco bread crumbs.

Here we go:

Schnitzel,Taters(some oil in the pan),shrooms(some butter salt/white pepper in the pan)

Let the shrooms cook and reduce, the base of a shroom gravy.(makes a really deep flavour shroom sauce)
[

Added some Cream,Dark soy,salt/pepper(to taste) and even some corn startch to thicken it.(dident wanna reduce it more since the flavours were spot on)

Started the Chops indirect to let the butter/panco marry and set(prob jump this step next time)

Then Direct to brown em up.

A Family dinner that everyone raved about.

Verry good indeed! Will do this again but with some bigger/thicker chops so the banked(flattened) schnitzel covers half of the plate(like it should)

Thanks for your time.

Beautiful looking Schweinefleisch schnitzel, spuds, and 'shroom gravy Daniel!
Killer pics too!

Bet your breading method would work well with flat chicken breasts too.

Man o Man that looks excellent. I love schnitzel. Great looking gravy. What a great idea. Wow Wolgast, you nailed it. Another bbq bucket list item. the list is getting large.

I wonder why? If it tastes half as good as it looks (and I know it does) I'd be raving too.

Great looking meal Daniel.

HMMMMMMM I like schnitzel!

Never heared of using melted butter on it, we always use stirred egg and milk to stick the bread crumps on the meat. Gives me another new way to try

Spectacular Dinner Daniel!

No wonder they raved about that meal. It looks incredible! Thanks for the breading tip. Will have to give that a try.

I tell you Daniel, that plate may be the best I've seen yet. My parents and grandparents came over from Germany and schnizel is something my 89 year old Oma still makes better than anyone on the planet. She loves when I grill so I'm going to try this for her. Thank you so much for the idea!

Beautiful cook! Question. If that's the gravy in the third pic why does it look nothing like the gravy in the plated pic? Would certainly like to have the gravy recipe.
