Kim and I were getting steaks at Costco yesterday and found this.

So many fun things to do with this. I thought a pork roast would be good. Seasoned a small roast with some seasoned salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.

Set up the grill and put the roast on. A little apple wood for flavor.

Turned the meat every forty minutes.

Then after about two hours put the roast in an aluminum dish and brushed the sauce on. Spooned the sauce over the roast every fifteen minutes or so.

Meanwhile Kim concocting one of her great salads. Two types of butter lettuce, red onion, pineapple, mandarin oranges, slivered almonds, toasted sesame seeds and sesame ginger dressing. It was a perfect match to the pork.

Here's the pork rested and plated.

The glaze from the sauce was delicious. Sweet with a spicy aftertaste. The pork was moist and tender. And Kim's salad was perfect. Thanks for looking and have a great rest of your week!

That Habanero sauce looks like it's da bomb! Hope Costco or Winco have it here

As always, you cook is off the hook. You were 2 hours into the cook before saucing, how long was the cook in the sauce? My guess would be maybe an hour, assuming a IT of 165

Kim is as beautiful as ever

That is an awesome cook love the platted pic. Will have to look for the sauce at Costco, interesting combo.

Hi Robert, I like what you did there with the pork - interesting and sounds tasty... and the salad sounds great!! Really nice job. :)
