Pork Rib End Roast

It's been a while since I have posted in here, please forgive me. So here it goes. I made a rib end roast for dinner today. My wife Tracey just loves them and who am I to deny her. I seasoned it up this morning put it in the fridge and forgot about it. 3:00 rolls around I pull the meat out of the fridge get my Performer going at 350 and slap on the meat. Got it up to 145 internal temp and off to the cutting board for a 30 min rest. Then it was slicing time. Enjoy. ;)















 
excellent looking roast on the pit. impressive color.

don't lift the lid...

Only time I lifted the lid was to put 10 more briquettes in the baskets and give it a 1/4 turn. The next time I lifted the lid was to take it of the performer. Thanks for the tip though.
