We got this pork chops on sale for tonights dinner. Marinated with Dales seasoning for about 20 minutes any longer and it will be too salty. ( I love this stuff) my wife brings it to me from Ecru MS and Leesport PA when she travels on bussiness.Did it with side of grilled zucchini. Thanks for looking...

Great looking cook Tony! Love that Dale's Seasoning and I use it quite a bit since it is readily available at my store.

Looks good Tony! See that stuff all the time that, thought it was some soy flavored marinade. So it's salty strong?

I would not marinade anything for more than 20 minutes. Anything under 1 inch thick marinade for 10 minutes. But that's my taste. Wife likes it marinated for 30 min. The flavor is good.

Nice going Tony. I agree with the saltiness with dales but it is tasty. Spicy Hot Allegro is what I try every now and then and is good as well.

Looks great. I love Dale's too, on a pork tenderloin for approximatey 30 minutes, any longer and it gets too salty, but nothing SBR's can't fix. Nice job Tony.

With all respect- what is wrong with Monosodium glutamate? If you want to make food from the east, it is vital. You won't get umami, or "meaty" taste without it. To use the salt, and that is what it is, when needed, is ok. To use MSG on everything is not so OK, just as you should consider your use of for example ketchup.. :)
