Another great day for grilling we made it to a high of 98. Decided to do some chops smothered in red gravy. If interested the recipe is in Weber’s Big Book of Grilling Page 186.

Those look good! I love a good CIS tater, but I've never thought to put fresh herbs on them. I may have to steal that!
