Pork Chops Smothered in Red Gravy

Another great day for grilling we made it to a high of 98. Decided to do some chops smothered in red gravy. If interested the recipe is in Weber’s Big Book of Grilling Page 186.
Rub ingredients

Sauce ingredients then cooking on the stove

Chops on getting happy

Coming off to rest

Small Yukon potatoes with fresh herbs from the garden in CIS

Plated with gravy on chops and it was great.
