Pork Chops And Sirloin Steaks On The OTG

I cooked up 2 thick cut pork chops and 1 sirloin steak, cut into 3 pieces, on my 22 1/2" OTG.
I coated the chops with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and thyme.
I put fresh cracked black pepper and sea salt on the steaks.
They were yummy!

I started the chops indirect.

I moved them over the coals when I put the steaks on.

All done.

Juicy and tasty pork chop.

Rare steak, just like I like it.

Nice meal!!!
My dad just to say..."real men don't need sides when they eat meat"
Here's another one that stuck to me until this date... "Real men don't use straws to drink anything."
