Pork Chimichurri

Marinaded a pork tenderloin in some chimichurri sauce that I prepared.


On the Performer.


Flipped.


Rendered some bacon.


Added cabbage and onions.


And an avocado and bread.


Plated.


This was some great comfort food. Thanks for looking.

Fabulous meal, Pat! Love the color of that sauce, and the warm cabbage salad looks like a great side dish! Pork tenderloin is one of my favorites, and I'll try this method sometime soon.

I used this one Rusty but I used cilantro instead of oregano.

Nope, get the flat leaf variety, much more parsley and less work.
