Tony, the wife and I could eat mexican food 4 or five nights a week and not burn out. Those tacos look outstanding! We are also fans of the home made salsa, it never lasts long around here.

What was the rub? Can you use butt or is picnic home better? I may try this for my supper club. Would be bold for me but man they look tasty as heck.

I only seasoned with garlic salt and lawrys seasoned salt..... Picnic or Boston butt will work...
