Pork butts for co-workers

One day I took some pulled pork for lunch and some of my co workers were wondering what smelled so good. They eventually found it was my lunch. So one of the attorneys I work for tasted and has not stopped talking about how good it was. Anyway one of the other people in the office bought me 2 8lbs butts and said to me do what you do. So I have 2 butts in my 18.5 WSM. I hope everything turns out ok. I'll post pics later but I felt pretty excited that an office full of people is looking forward to my pork. I didn't do anything to crazy with the pork rub injected with some apple juice and I am using apple wood and KB. Wish me luck...

Good luck. I did this one day at school. I'm a teacher. Now, every time we don't have students, "What are WE grilling?"
But it's always fun. The guys bring the meat and the women bring great side dishes. I bet they will love your que and this won't be the last time.

Hey Rodolfo, I'm only about 30 minutes Northwest of Mesa, AZ. What time is lunch on? Lookin' good brother. You've got some hella'lucky coworkers...
