Still breaking in the new 22.5 wsm. This is my second cook on it. Doing two 5 pound pork butts and a rack of SL cut ribs. My goal was to have everything done at the same time but I will have to keep working at that.
I used KBB and dumped 12 lit in the center of the fire ring. I used apple and pecan wood chunks and plowboys yardbird rub.
I usually do 3-2-1 for my ribs but decided not to today. Overall, everything turned out great. Thanks for looking, here are the pics:
