Pork Butt today!!


 
What do you do with a new to you cleaned up beautiful grill? You get her dirty with a pork shoulder! Looking forward to seeing cook progress!
 
It seems like there are a lot of butts on today. New to this, but giving it a go. Thought maybe it was too cold at 5:30am but cranked it up. That last pic was at 6 hours, now at 8 hours.

Welcome to the forum Curt. Looking good. Are you smoking it to an internal temp of 200 or something else?
