Has anyone ever heard of these? (pork butt country style ribs)
I picked some up the other day, around $2.50 lb, and I got them on the WSM right now.
Any tips, suggestions would be very much appreciated.
I have a home made rub from paul krks book on them now, and was planning to put some KC original with a little honey on them towards the end.
Also basting with a mixture of apple/grape/pinapple juice.
