Pork Belly today


 
What temps and about how long did that take? It looks great and I have one to do this weekend along with a pork butt...trying to time when I put on the belly so that it finishes around the same time as the butt...
 
I have only cooked belly in cubed pieces...burnt end style...I go normal smoke 250 - 270 and the whole process takes me about 4 hours or so.
Maybe a tad more but it comes off for glazing 2 times during the cook.
