Pork Belly: smoked low and slow

Smoked it low and slow about 198, and was some of the best pulled pork I have ever had. Everyone loved it!
 
Now, pulled pork from a belly, that's a neat idea. Lovely! Any plated pictures?

And cooked for how many hours?
 
No plated pics, after I took the bear claws to it.....my buddy's just ate it out of the pan. If anyone has never cooked a pork belly like this to give it a shot. This is the way I did mine.....4lbs...smoked @ 250 about 3 hours, wrapped in foil for 3 more and another hour on the smoker and basted.
