Came home, and my wife said, "All that chopped pineapple is going to go bad soon. Can you grill it with the marinated boneless pork chops?" uh.....yeah!
She had marinated these very thin chops in Lawry's Sechzuan marinade/sauce for a day or 2. Love this sauce. It has a bit of heat, that is lost on the grill so we always have a little on the side for dipping.
Skewered them up with white onion as well.
Did it on the gasser cause kettle seemed like a waste of charcoal and time. These took all of 10 minutes with the thin sliced chops.
Plated with some rice, but that picture was not uploading to photobucket, so your plate will have to be all skewers!
