I can honestly say this was a very good dinner.

Tony,

You are so blessed to have a wife that likes cooking on a grill. Her food always looks, and am sure, fresh and delicious. Here, in south central missouri when you go to most Mexican restaurants you get food that's covered with some kind of red sauce to the point where you can't see the food. You guys have the skills to cook Mexican like I think it should be cooked. Keep it up.

Thanks Scotty.
If you want to go to a good Mexican restaurant ask a Mexican where he eats?
Not a Puerto Rican or a "Hispanic".

Tony, I think it's awesome how much your family cooks so much together, and its always something new and interesting. I am lucky to cook like that 2 times a week and its just for me (and my dobie, lol).

Keep up the good work :) Looks good

Awesome meal as usual from you guys! The only on that plate that would upset my stomach would be the beverage mug!

I would take this dinner all day long. The only problem with this cook is that it doesn't look like there was enough for me! I need to get me some CI so that I can do stuff like this.
