Mine was last week, wife’s birthday is the 4th of September (same as Sophia Loren, just as pretty too!) I was thinking that you should send me some Creekstone treats! I’m always open for new goodies and hopeful for a surprise!
I do an early summer party for her son and my grandchildren (all in June) and one for the end of summer bunch I usually do butts or a brisket or some such delight but, this year she said she wanted ham so, I’ll do that! Easy enough, I can concentrate on sides more.

Posted this in the "price of brisket" thread as well, but FYI I picked up a 14.5 lb. whole brisket from the Clybourn Ave. Chicago Costco this morning for $2.79 a pound.
