Place to buy small spice amounts?

Where does everyone buy smaller spice packs from? I was going to make a recipe that used a couple different chili powders and I don't want to buy large amounts of something I'll rarely use. I know I can get just about every spice on Amazon but those are usually 3/4-1lb bags. I would like to buy smaller amounts of the not so usual spices to have around. I'm thinking like the 1oz containers McCormicks sells for example.

You can buy small jars (a few ounces) or flatpacks (1/4 pound) of spices from online specialty vendors like Penzey's (free shipping with $40 order) or The Spice House (free shipping with $49 order), or World Spice Merchants, Monterey Bay Spice Co, etc.

For dried chiles & powder, hit up your local mercado, aka Hispanic grocery store. Pretty much every one that I use I've found there, and several times more (oooh.... that smells interesting....) If you're close to a metro area, the turnover should be pretty good, and the stock should be fairly fresh.
