So Pammi and I went to the Chef's store that Don Reed told us about. We bought a couple of 8" pizza screens. And since the weather was a lot nicer than it has been recently,I fired up the pizza oven! Started about 1:30,and kept adding wood for about 4 hours. Just before 6 I slid all the embers to the sides and back. Pammi had margerita pizza with pesto instead of basil leaves. It was pretty tasty! Mine was the same, just with some pepperoni on it.

Pretty tasty! Probably could have cooked a couple minutes longer, but very good!
Oh yeah, the dough was some we bought at Earth Fare last night. $1.99 a ball and worked really nice!

Looking good! When the weather breaks around here I have to fire up my Kettle Pizza..haven't used it.

Thanks for all the kind words!
It's funny, because this morning, our newest driver asked if I had had a slice of pizza from the Flying J truck stop. I showed him a pic of last nights pie and replied,"&%#@*& NO!".

R,here ya go! This is from three summers ago when we had my 50th birthday party. I'm not sure the 'hood has recovered yet! ;)
