Pizza, Pizza Anyone

Decided it was time to get some pizzas made so we could freeze them for later.
I used Rich’s sauce recipe he came up with a few years ago. Got it ready and then cut up the veggies that I wanted to sauté and everyone on the stove getting happy.

Next up is all the players that will be helping to make these great pizzas.

Dough ready and waiting for the start. In the back ground that’s Whitney doing a floor inspection.

First pizza ready Rich’s combo.

Next my combo in the kettle pizza cooking using red oak wood.

Mine out and looking good

Last one is a pineapple, Canada bacon with Mozzarella cheese.

All in all we did 5 pizzas, here is the plated one. Pineapple, Canada bacon, combo and our Mexican one. That one is being done on a separate thread by Rich.
