Spent a few nights in the woods and made some pizza on Saturday. Was not happy to see some mice have been living on top of my Red Head. Took the cover off and found this-IMG_2361.jpeg
Started the evening with some Americanos down by the river

All was good with the pizza making. Had some great help with this 24 hour rise dough FullSizeRender.jpegPrepped the kettle and pre-heated the stone on the Genesis and got off and running!IMG_2366.jpegIMG_2370.jpegIMG_2371.jpegIMG_2372.jpegFeasted with some friends. IMG_2373.jpegSunday night was supposed to be some pork tenderloins but Mother Nature brought quite a storm. IMG_2394.jpegThe aftermath was beautiful but it was late and we settled on a simple charcuterie board and some vino 🍷IMG_2427.jpegIMG_2422.jpegCheers!IMG_2378.jpeg

Can you share where this is? Don't need exact location just curious as it looks awesome
Yeah, Dan, no problem. This area is the Upper Rogue River and extends from Prospect, OR up towards Diamond Lake. It is well traveled because it is on the way to/from Crater Lake. From the Bay Area it is about a six hour drive. The Upper Rogue is all stream/spring fed and very cold.
