Dear Board,

It was a beautiful Fall day



My Eagles were ready to play the Raiders and I had a hankering for some ribs.

The grill is ready



The temperature looks good



Some smokey Apple wood goodness



Ready for sauce, Sweet Baby Ray's as usual



On the table, with some Rice from a box



I already ate a small one but they look good don't they?



I know last week that I posted than we all need to "Eat Mor Chiken" but I gotta tell ya, "The Swine is Fine!" And the Eagles kicked some major behind, even if it was just the Raiders. It was a good day!

You can always eat more chicken. I am kind of going to make up for you on the other white meat. Fine cook you just posted Mr. Murphy.

Thanks for the compliments. Unfortunately, the lake is not in my backyard but it's only a couple of miles up the road from home.
