I usually write my long posts in Word and copy the text to the forum when I have edited and spellchecked my text. It also removes all problems with time-outs.

I've been "making the Internet" for a living for the last ten years, and have learned to live with the quirks and shortcomings of HTML and online applications.
One way to avoid such problems, is to write and edit off-line.

Oh by the way, the pizza looks fantastic, but that is no surprise at all!
