Pepper Beef-- No Stout, No Heat

I put my twist on pepper beef today
2 1/2 lb chuck injected with Minors Aus Jus
My basic beef rub
Smoked with Mesquite
Peppers, onions, shrooms in Minors beef base, Worcestershire, and bottled BBq sauce

injected rubbed and ready

Had a hard as to what the brew of the day would be so I had both


Beef about ready

Along with Honey baked beans, Florida Orange blossom honey of course

Sammie ready for some jack cheese

Plated with some homemade tater salad

I really liked the flavors heavy beef flavor and lots of smoke
