People Are Losing Their Minds Over Little Caesars New Brisket Pizza

The latest example of the barbecuization of fast food: Little Caesars is selling a $9 Smokehouse pizza in Texas and Kentucky featuring a dry rub-like seasoned crust, smoky barbecue sauce, brisket, pulled pork, and applewood-smoked bacon. Oddly, people say it's quite good.

Many say that I've already lost my mind, but I would try the LC brisket pizza for 9 bucks. How bad could it be?
Maybe I need to find a reason to drive down to our neighboring state of Kentucky......

It doesn't sound good, but for 9 bucks I'd try it. I couldn't lose my mind over it though, I lost that years ago.

We have a local 'gourmet' pizza chain here and they have a brisket pizza that is fabulous. Brisket, red onion and a little cilantro with Russ and Frank's Sassy and colby jack cheese.
