Never seen anything like it. A snack to have with a beer. Or do you make a meal of it?....Im intrigued!

Just a snack with beer. I like to serve a few on a platter with cheese, summer sausage, snack sticks, Canadian bacon, pickles, olives, etc. while watchin the game on TV.

Sounds awesome Dwain! Even though i dont watch sports like that i would be happy to watch that crap..If i had a beer and a plate of cheese, summer sausage, snack sticks, Canadian bacon, pickles, olives, etc infront of me! Will try this one for sure

Yeah, I think I would enjoy a football game at your house Dwayne: homebrews, these, whatever we could come up with to grill. Sounds pretty nice!

Thanks for the recipe Dwain.
I cut it in half, used a 13 oz pack of beef smokies, and a pint jar, since I'll be the only one eating them.
it'll be like waiting for bacon to cure.

OK Dwain. I'm hooked. Making my grocery list as soon as I complete this post. Thank you for sharing that recipe. I think I'll make the brine outdoors, like you did. I boiled some habaneros one time to make some deer repellant to spray on my roses and had to evacuate the house for a while. I Like your home brew there. An Amber of some sort?
