Penne Sausage

It has been way too long. I've been lurking periodically, and so impressed! This is a recent cook (last weekend I believe.) Diced Roma tomatoes with garlic, basil, oregano, thyme, S&P; herbs fresh from the garden.

Your name doesn't seem very Italian but you must have some Italian blood in there somewhere. Great meal.
 
Hi Mr. Wiess. Almost--we dropped a 26.75 kettle into a granite counter. And there's a 22.5 WSM in a nook left of the kettle. I don't cook indoors much. :wsm:
