Just a simple dinner smoking spicy wings using Pecan wood only took 45 minutes on the smoker here are the pics

How did you get mostly flappers?

How did you get mostly flappers?

Kroger sells frozen bag of just flappers. Its about 5lbs for $2.99 lb. That what I get.

Hmm... I figured just about everyone wanted the drums but I prefer the flats, as well. Those wings look great!
