Interesting! I never would have put the two together. Do you guys incorporate peanut butter into any other BBQ - ribs, etc for example?

Even worse, people will put peanuts butter sauce on every type of meat. Normally in the sumer time Dutch people will dat bread, garlic bitter, meat and peanuts butter sauce :) gladly times are changing

Nice execution and an interesting blend of flavors. What's not to like? Salty bacon, creamy peanut butter, beefy goodness. Yep, sounds good.

Yes, looks Wonderful!
I cannot imagine the mix of flavours as you eet it... trying to figure this out... Very Unique! Very Cool!!

Very interesting Christian - it is cool to see how people in other places handle BBQ. I be that has a really exotic flavor profile. Can you provide some detail on the recipe for the peanut butter sauce? It looks like you had several ingredients in your pot.

Regards,

John

It is very simple. Take some Tb with peanut butter and add some water. Then let it heat up and stir well to a sauce. This is the most basic version. Normally you can add garlic, soya sauce and other ingredients too spice it up. If you google on peanut butter sauce than you will find enough recipes.

I love peanut butter bacon cheeseburgers! There is a place here in salt lake city that has it on the menu, its the burger I always order.

Looks good and I hear it is a pretty good burger. I'm not sure if it would be something I would try though, maybe some day.

It that a thin pork chop or ham between the peanut butter and the burger? Definitely an interesting combination.
