Thought I saw posted here on the list that Paul Kirk was making an appearance in Utica sometime in the not-too-distant future. 'Course I can't find the post now, but I believe Jim Minion noted it in a response to something or other.

Jim, if you read this message, would you please post the contact information or link again? An event with Chef Paul - especially only three hours away - is something I'd really like to attend.
