I always enjoy seeing (and eating) pizza cooked on the grill, and after watching Mr McGee's thread, my choice was made for me.... Hawaiian thin crust from Papa Murphy's.
This is my setup - pizza stone on the fire ring from my 18.5" wsm, a little more than a chimney spread out, some apple twigs, and the rotisserie ring to elevate the lid.
Preheated (425F)
Off the paper tray after 8 minutes:
It took a little over 14 minutes, and it tastes better than it looks
