Our Second T/Giving Dinner No Buzzard

OK clan came together at my house for T/Giving. I bought a whole prime strip loin at Costco (on sale at $12.49lb and $25 off) I took the "nerve" end and cut off just shy of a 4lb roast. Which went on my Wolf with the IR burner on max and a little support from the outside burners for smoke and baked taters. Don't laugh at my trussing job. It worked at least LOL

Yeah, I forgot to explain who they are LOL. 1st photo is oldest (read paranoid hence her mask) daughter and son in law with my dad who'll turn 95 next month. Second has both grandkids, my youngest daughter and her current partner as well as wife and myself.
