OTS Pizza - getting better


 
Thanks everyone for the kind words....if it was not for this community I'd still be grilling steaks on the gasser and little else. I never imagined all the possibilities.... Thank you x1000!!!

I couldn't copy everyone's quotes. This one summed it all up. Pizza is the next "science project" looks great and thx for doing the leg work. This site and it's members are great. Awesome cook!
 
That looks awesome! We make our own dough and have tweaked it to what we want. We make enough for 5-6 pizzas and freeze what we don't use into individual balls. Most pizza places I've found will sell you their dough and it's always better then store bought at least I think.
 
Depending on what temp you are cooking @ the dough makes a huge diff. Add some sugar @ lower temps to help with the browning....On high temps skip the sugar and add oil. Makes the crust awesome,even if i love your rised crust.
