5.76lb Pork Loin, k salt, cracked pepper, onion powder, granulated garlic and smoked paprika.

RO Lump with a couple of hickory chunks(Minion style with baskets).

Sweet tater and yukon golds (thanks to Mr. J Lampe for the inspiration)

Boiled some corn (last min)

Pork Loin cooked @ 300ish for 1.25 hrs to 135 internal and seared for 3 min on each side, internal of 147.

Glenn,pork loin is great on the grill! So is corn. If you haven't tried it,you gotta! Just husk and grill. Turn every couple of minutes. Couldn't be easier!
